Simply Genuine Skylights & Ventilation

3 old Velux skylights replaced in February 2025 by Simply Genuine Skylights and Ventilation. Would highly recommend. Price was good and service even better. The installers that attended were a credit to the company. Polite, professional, punctual and clean. 6 months on with some of the worst rain in years - no problems.

This is the 2nd time that I've used Simply Genuine and still offered the best customer experience. On time, courteous and communication exceptional. Blown away by the difference by replacing old skylights with a Solatube in bathroom and kitchen.

We recently needed to replace two of our four solar tubes due to storm damage. We decided to replace all four as they were all over twenty years old. The difference is amazing my husband keeps looking for the light switch because he thinks I've left the lights on. The installation was excellent the young man who installed them was excellent. Every care was taken to make sure that all was neat and tidy no mess at all. We are thrilled with the result.

Was very impressed by this business from the quote to the installment. We even had someone come back the day after installment to check what might have been a problem from the final photos taken. The skylights have really made a difference to a very dark area in our new home. Would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone looking for skylights and ventilation.

Great experience from start to finish. After a couple of visits to advise and agree on what we required to meet our goals, the work was professionally organised by Simply Genuine. This included coordinating other trades required to support the installation such as A/C, plastering and electrical. On the day of installation, they were pleasant, hardworking, including us when needed, and answering our questions. We are very happy with the outcome and indeed the whole experience.

Simply Genuine Skylights did a great job installing two Solatube Miracle Skylights in my enclosed kitchen/living area. These Solatube skylights capture natural daylight and transmit it into the house, transforming a poorly lit area into a pleasant living space with ample natural light, even on a cloudy day. The workers cleaned up afterwards, so I didn't have to do anything. Many thanks.

We are very happy with the Solatube which has added light to a dark area of our house. I now have to do a double take thinking I have left a light on with how much light its added.

Solatube lighting has brought in so much light to our once dark kitchen and pantry.The Simply Genuine team were really easy to work with and the display home is set up well to show you your different options and how effective they are.
